The main goals of the video are:
- To inform about the policy of Sexual Harassment Exploitation and Abuse & Safeguarding and about the basic concepts
- To inform the beneficiaries that they can contact us directly and in a confidential way if they experience an incident or have any relevant concerns
- Learn how beneficiaries can make a complaint / report
- Be informed that we show zero tolerance for violence and abuse against children and adults
- To make the beneficiaries feel even greater the feeling of security and protection in our centres
- To act on the beneficiaries as a model of behaviour outside the centres
